UPDATE:
We are upgrading our systems to better serve you! As part of this upgrade, product return processing will be temporarily delayed.
Please note the following:
• Effective April 4, 2025 through May 5, 2025, we will not be able to process any returns of merchandise purchased from our brand website.
• If you wish to return a product that was purchased on or after March 4, 2025, we will extend the 30 day return policy timeframe through May 30, 2025.
• Items eligible for return must still meet our return policy.

This return policy applies only to consumers that have purchased an item on grohe.ca.
Return Policy
Grohe will accept for return merchandise purchased at grohe.ca, up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
Clearance Items
All sales on clearance items are final, nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
Shipping Errors & Damaged items
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. To report damage or missing items in your order please call Grohe (855-836-9617)
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order is not preparing to ship or has already shipped.
Please call us toll-free at Grohe (855-836-9617), Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.A Customer Service representative will assist you and confirm whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is processed, the terms of our Returns Policy will apply.
Refunds
All authorized refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
